MerchNow is a full-service merchandise fulfillment house that can offer you and your band competitively priced products and solutions that will meet and exceed your expectations to promote your band and help you build a loyal fan base. Shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, buttons and more, we can offer a variety of options for your merchandise needs.

E-Commerce Solutions
MerchNow can implement several online store options that can easily fit your band’s needs and budget. We have our own dedicated, secure servers to ensure that all transactions are smooth and safe for all involved. We use industry leading software and security on our servers to insure a top quality online presence for your band. We can handle your merchandise production, fulfillment and customer service.

Customized Online Store
This is the ultimate package. Your store has it’s own exclusive domain or runs on your existing domain (certain server requirements apply). We match the look and feel of your existing site and apply it to your store to form a seamless transition. This option starts at a one-time fee of $500 with your first merchandise order.

Your MerchNow Store
The middle ground between the Customized and MerchNow Mall options, this option allows you the look and feel ability of the Customized package but runs on the MerchNow domain as opposed to your own.

MerchNow Mall
The MerchNow Mall is the most economical way to get your merchandise online. We incorporate your merchandise in our MerchNow Mall. This option offers your band a place at the MerchNow Mall. Your clients are able to go to merchnow.com and view and select merchandise and purchase it through our own MerchNow store

Regardless which type of store you choose we will:
• take orders and process payments
• package and ship your orders
• manage your inventory
• handle customer service
• provide you with a monthly statement & payment

Band Services
At MerchNow we offer more than just online stores. Touring band merchandise is our specialty and with our full service, in house, screen printing shop we can handle all of your printing needs. From t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets and custom embroidery to specialty items such as belt buckles and messenger bags, if you want it…we can make it for you.

If you sign up with MerchNow you will not be charged for art work or a set up fee on screen printing.

We also offer these additional services to make sure your tour merch is always looking great and never out of stock.

Fast Turn Around & Rush Orders
Under most conditions we can ship your order within a day or two of receiving it and in some emergency cases we can even ship the same day.

Warehousing
Many times when a band goes on tour, they would like to order large number of shirts in order to receive a volume discount but they don’t have the room in their van, bus or trailer to bring all of their merchandise on tour with them. We can print your whole order and store it in our warehouse. When you start to run low on merchandise, just give us a call and we can ship the quantity you need to your next gig.

Date Specific Delivery
A well-made shirt at the right price is no use to you if you don’t have it to sell at your gig. When we receive your initial tour order we can also get a copy of tour itinerary. As soon as you call from the road, we will contact your next venue or promoter to set up a ship date and can then let you know when and where to expect your merchandise. We monitor the progress of all shipments daily. In the unlikely event there is a delay or a problem arises, we will do our best to work with our shipping representative to remedy the situation. Many times the problem is resolved within hours of occurring.
